  1. 1) Boil potatoes.
  2. 2) Strain and put in ice water bath to chill. Once potatoes are chilled you may cube them. Chilling them before cubing them will allow for a much cleaner presentation as the potatoes will hold their shape and not "mush" as easily when their chilled.
  3. 3) Mix in sugar, all spices, chives, onion and bacon in one at a time then add the sour cream and mayonnaise.
  4. 4) Cover and chill overnight. Serve & Enjoy!
