Original recipe yields 8 servings

  1. Preheat oven with pizza pans to 450.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour and salt and make a well in the middle.
  3. Fill well with water, sugar and yeast. When foamy, mix in olive oil.
  4. Knead mixture together for about 5 minutes and roll into a ball.
  5. Lightly coat ball with olive oil, cover in bowl and let rise for 1-1/2 hours.
  6. Divide into two balls and roll/stretch out onto parchment paper to form two 10-inch crusts.
  7. Top pizzas as desired.
  8. Slide pizzas (with paper) onto pizza pans and bake until golden brown (13-17 minutes).
