stir together soups, water, milk, and boullion cubes in pot. Bring it up to a boil then reduce heat.
Add in your chicken, and vegetables. Dont overcook your chicken or vegetables. Simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
Make your dumplings: two bowls needed... Basic recipe. Stir together: Flour, Salt, and Baking powder. In another bowl stir together your milk and oil. Make a well in the flour, and pour the milk into the flour. do NOT over mix your dumplings. Stir until JUST moist.
Drop spoonfuls into the bubbling soup
Cover that pot tightly, and simmer 12-14 minutes. Keep that lid on!
