  1. Spray a bunt pan with a nonstick product.
  2. Set oven to 300 degrees.
  3. In a mixer, combine the softened cream cheese, softened butter and sugar until well mixed.
  4. In a measuring cup add milk, 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks and the vanilla extract. Mix well and then add to the blended mixture.
  5. Slowly add the cake flour and salt to the mixture until well mixed.
  6. Once mixed add to a bunt pan. Tap the bunt pan on a hard surface to make sure that it is settled.
  7. Put bunt pan in oven and bake for 90 minutes.
  8. Let rest for 30 minutes and then remove from pan to cooling rack. Ready to eat after one hour.
