  1. mix spices together in a bag
  2. peel and boil potatoes.
  3. drain, cut in chunks
  4. combine potatoes, water, earth balance and spices and blend with immersion blender until pasty like wall paper paste.
  5. spread evenly, but not too thick, about 1/4", on dehydrator plastic sheets.
  6. dehydrate at ~130 degrees for about 6 hours. Turn over and dehydrate another couple of hours (or overnight) depending on desired crispiness.
