  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 1) Mix the first seven ingredients in one bowl and then the last four ingredients in another bowl. Add the wet ingredients bowl to the dry bowl mixture, stirring gently until mixed.
  3. 2) Pour mixture into a 11x7 pan and pat it down evenly. Top with rolled oats for a pretty look.
  4. 3)Pop into the oven and bake for about 25 or so minutes. Fork check to make sure they are done.
