  1. Turn BIG crockpot on HIGH. Put onions in the bottom and let them sweat while you open all of your cans and bags, and chop your fresh veggies.
  2. Add garlic salt and ALL cans of tomatoes and chilis.
  3. Add all chopped bell peppers, zucchini, and shrooms.
  4. Add ALL THREE packages of chili mix.
  5. Let crock-pot sit on counter for about FOUR hours on high, stirring occasionally. Then about TWO HOURS before serving, and still on HIGH:
  6. Add frozen bag o' corn, can of drained black beans, and protein crumbles (optional).
  7. Serve **IN** a sourdough-round, over a bed of Fritos, or in a bowl with cornbread!
