  1. Sautee onion, and garlic in olive oil over med-low heat until onions are brown.
  2. Lay sauteed onions and garlic on the bottom of the crock pot.
  3. Place raw chicken on top of onions and garlic in crock pot.
  4. Put crock pot on "Warm" setting.
  5. In a large bowl mix plum tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper, rosemary, parsley, basil, everyday seasoning with your hands until you feel all ingredients are well mixed in with tomatoes.
  6. Pour plum tomato sauce mix on top of chicken in crock pot.
  7. Cover crock pot.
  8. Put crock on 6 hour high setting.
  9. Add your jarred tomato sauce and wine a few hours after chicken is cooked in crock.
  10. Boil pasta separately about a half hour before chicken is ready.
