  • Prep

  • Cook

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Beat together, cream cheese and eggs until smooth(I use a hand blender).
  3. Add cream, parmesan cheese and spices.
  4. spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with PAM or other non-stick spray.
  5. ( You can use disposable aluminum pie plates too).
  6. Put two cups of Mozzeralla cheese into the bottom of the baking dish and then poor the egg mixture over it.
  7. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. Spread sauce then toppings and then cover with the one cup of Pizza cheese.
  10. Bake until cheese is bubbly the way you like it, about 10 minutes.
  11. Remove and let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
  12. Serve Hot
