  1. Place carcass, giblets and neck along with water into slow cooker. Cook on low for 10 hours. Let cool and strain stock. Pick meat fro carcass and return stock and meat into slow cooker.
  2. Add next 10 ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low 4 hours or until potatoes have softened. Stir in last 3 ingredients and let heat.
