  1. Drain majority of juices from canned fruit. Keep at least one cup total of combined juice.
  2. Arrange fruit in a shallow casserole dish.
  3. In small pan, melt butter, juice and lemon juice.
  4. Add curry, ginger and brown sugar.
  5. Stir until completely melted and dissolved.
  6. Pour over fruit and refrigerate until ready for use.
  7. When ready, bring dish to room temp before baking for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
