  1. 1. Combine oats, coconut and cocoa powder in a separate bowl, put aside.
  2. 2. In medium sized nonstick pot combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a boil for two minutes. Stirring to make smooth and be sure all sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, then add to the pot the oats and coconut mix.
  4. 4. Stir well, then drop by spoonfull onto waxed paper. Allow to set in a cool area, then transfer to an air tight container and store in a cool spot. Can be frozen.
