"This recipe makes a very dense loaf/ muffins, slice loaf wrap and freeze individual slices for grab & Go snacks. High in fibre & Protein, low in sugar makes it great for post workout snack. Enjoy!"

  1. mix sugar, oil and 3 Tble spoons of butter
  2. add 4 eggs
  3. beat well
  4. add sifted ingredients
  5. add Pure pumpkin while mixing everything together,
  6. Grease & flour loaf pans or 24 X-lge muffin cups
  7. divide batter evenly top with nut topping
  8. Bake at 325* degrees loaves for one hour,
  9. muffins 325* degrees for 18 - 22 minutes
  10. cool five minutes on wire racks before serving!
