"Looking for a way to use spices that help with health such as turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom pods but had spaghetti so made up this recipe. My family really enjoyed it. It's kind of a blend of the Indian recipes I've tried recently and regular spaghetti."
Cook spaghetti according to directions on package. While spaghetti is cooking heat oil in skillet and cook onions until soft add parsley, garlic, and spices. Cook till garlic is soft also. Add tomatoes and sugar. Cook till hot and as long as you feel at least as long as it takes to cook spaghetti.
Drain spaghetti and return to pan. Add the sauce from other pan and stir together. Add kosher salt and yogurt and stir together.
