Heat buttery oil in large saucepan on high heat. Add corn and cover tossing corn until it starts popping. Keep tossing until it stops popping and corn it cooked through. Add pretzels nuts and 1 tsp buttery oil to large bowl and toss to coat. Add corn to the mixture pouring oil in as well. Pour ranch powder on to and toss to mix completely and coat mixture. Store in airtight container.
