  1. Prepare shells per package directions. Prepare spinach as directed. Brown and drain meat. Mix meat, spinach, cheeses and seasonings. Stuff shells. Put sauce on the bottom of casserole dish, place a layer of shells and top with sauce. Cover with foil and bake 350 for 30 mins.
