  1. Sauté onion and garlic in 2 Tbsp of olive oil
  2. Add black beans, water, beef bouillon cube, and cumin. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add rice and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in gently creole seasoning and cilantro.
