  1. Sauté onion and garlic till soft,
  2. Add beef and brown on all sides.
  3. Add spices and tomato paste then add vegetables. If water is needed to thin sauce, add in small amounts.
  4. Add dried fruits.
  5. Cover and cook in frying pan till meet is soft. Check regularly to avoid loss of sauce.
