Slow Cooker Boneless BBQ Pork Ribs

  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper over meat and brown all sides. Remove from pan and place meat in slow cooker.
  2. Put sliced onion on top of meat. Pour barbecue sauce over onions and meat. Cover and cook on low setting for 10 hours.
  3. Shred meat and serve on rolls or slice and serve as an entrée.
