  1. Cook onion and celery in margarine in large saucepan until tender.
  2. Add potatoes, ham, milk, and corn.
  3. Cover and simmer 10 minutes (Do NOT Boil), stirring frequently.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
