Press crust into buttered spring form pan, set aside.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla well & until creamy & smooth. Add eggs, one at a time until well incorporated. Mix in caramel apple pie filling, cinnamon & nutmeg into batter until well mixed.
Spoon batter into crust. Place springform pan on cookie sheet. Add a small metal container filled with water next to cheesecake.
Place in preheated oven and bake 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool 5 minutes, run knife around sides to minimize cracking. Continue to cool completely. Refrigerate to chill. Serve with caramel sauce drizzled over the top.
