  1. In a medium to large sauté pan bring basil, lime juice, water and onion to a simmer then place salmon in skillet skin facing down.
  2. Cover with a smaller sized lid to trap most of the steam in a smaller confined area.
  3. simmer 5-10 minutes
  4. Enjoy
  5. I paired with butternut squash risotto and spinach salad
