  1. Cover almonds in bowl with water. Soak overnight.
  2. Grind almonds with favorite appliance (Omega juicer)
  3. Pour 6 c water and vanilla in blender (or 3 if blender is modest)
  4. Add desired sweetener
  5. Add almond paste (HALF if blender is modest)
  6. Pulse a bit, then blend for about 2 min on high
  7. Strain in nut bag or doubled cheesecloth
