Simple Grilled Rosemary Garlic Chicken Skewers

Simple Grilled Rosemary Garlic Chicken Skewers

"This recipe is simple with so much flavor. Also very healthy! I always make a lot to serve over salad or to snack straight off the skewer the next day. Good way to use a big batch of chicken in a hurry."

  1. Trim off all visible fat, skin and gristle from chicken breasts and cut the filets into 1-inch cubes (for skewering) and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Combine all of the rest of the ingredients to the bowl with the chicken and mix thoroughly, ensuring each piece of chicken is coated with sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. While chicken marinates, soak your wooden skewers in water until chicken is done marinating. Start warming up your grill just before you take the chicken out of the fridge.
  4. Start adding the chicken to your skewers and place aside to grill. Once all meat is on skewers, place the skewers on the hot grill for 4-5 min and close lid. Turn once and grill for another 4-5 min.
  5. Remove from grill, remove from skewer (optional) and serve over rice or salad.
