  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray 9 x 13 dish with cooking spray.
  3. Heat marinara sauce over medium heat. Add the spinach, 1 of the tablespoons of parsley, salt and pepper. Cook for about 3 minutes or until the spinach has wilted. Set aside.
  4. Combine ricotta, cottage cheese and parsley. Set aside.
  5. Pour 1/3 of marinara mixture into bottom of pan. arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
  6. Spread half of the ricotta cheese mixture over the ravioli and sprinkle with 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
  7. Repeat with the layers, ending with the remaining marinara mixture. Sprinkle the Italian cheese over the top.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese starts to brown and the auce is bubbling around the edges. If the cheese gets too brown, cover with foil.
