  • Cook

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place cream cheese, milk, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract, in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into the 4 (5 ounce) ramekins filling to the top, and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until the center has set.
  4. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack.
  5. Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Garnish with your favorite fruit or pie filling and serve when cooled.
