  1. Over medium-high heat up 1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil in a large saute pan. Add anchovies and cook until dissolved into the oil. Next add your garlic and cook until it starts turning light brown. Add butter until it melts and stared to bubble then add parsley and seasonings,cook for about 1 minute. Next add wine and clam juice cover and reduce heat to medium - medium low until it starts to simmer. Add clams until heated through and pour over pasta and top with Parmigiano-Reggiano
