  1. Preheat outdoor grill.
  2. Slice ½ a cream cheese block into 6 slices.
  3. Flatten hamburger patties. Place 3 slices of cream cheese and 5 pickled jalapeno slices on top of one patty. Take a second patty and place on top, then pinch sides of patties so they come together. Repeat for 2nd burger.
  4. Cook burgers on grill to desired temperature, about 45 minutes.
  5. While burgers are cooking, cook bacon. Saute’ onions in olive oil until brown on the edges.
  6. When burgers are almost done, place 3 bacon slices on each patty along with a slice of cheese on top until melted. Take burger off grill, place on bottom bun and add cooked onion on top of burger.
  7. Spread desired mayo on top bun and place on burger.
