  1. Mix ingredients.
  2. Put approx 1/3 cup batter in heated, buttered large frying pan.
  3. Tilt pan to spread batter to cover evenly.
  4. When top starts looking opaque, flip pancake. Cook only a few seconds on second side.
  5. Fill with item of choice, top with syrup, or enjoy in the traditional way: dusted with sugar on the inside and rolled.
