Into a bowl sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
In another bowl, cream together the sugars and vegetable oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in vanilla. Stir in the sifted flour mixture a little at a time until well blended.
Add grated carrots, chopped pecans and bananas.
Mix well and pour into a greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until cake tests done (a wooden pick inserted in center should come out clean).
