  1. 1. Cut of the leaf and through away.
  2. 2. Peel off the skin of the rhubarbs and cut in 1 inch pieces.
  3. 3. Bring the water to boil with the sugar.
  4. 4. Put the rhubarb in the pot. Boil until they are soft.
  5. 5.Then use a stick blender to make it creamy.
  6. 6. Mix the starch with some cold water.
  7. 6. Mix in the starch mixture, and wisp it.
  8. 6. Let the mixture now come to a boil. Then take it off the heat.
  9. Serve it warm or cold with cold milk or heavy cream to your taste.
