  1. Preheat oven to 400 and put butter into 8 x 8 baking pan and place in oven while it is preheating.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl; combine with dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  4. Remove baking pan and coat with melted butter. Pour batter into pan and bake 20 minutes.
