  1. 1. Preheat over to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 inch pan 2. In a large bowl mix together flour and sugar 3. Fold in butter a few slices at a time while mixing 4. Mix until crumbly, measure one cup and save it for the crumble on top 5. To the remaining crumb mixture add honey, eggs, hot water and baking soda, beat until smooth. 6. Pour patter into pan and sprinkle the remaining crumble over the top 7. Bake for 30-40 mins and then let cool 8. Drizzle desired amount of honey over the cake 9. Serve and enjoy!
