  1. In a large pot melt the butter and add the chopped vegetables, garlic, and peaches. Cook down. When the veggies are cooked down add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower and simmer for about 90 min. Taste to see if additional spicing is needed.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool. When cooled put th sauce thru a strainer to remove the vegetables so you are left with a smooth sauce.
  3. Cover and refridgerate for a couple hours or overnight.
  4. Put on your favorite meat or poultry on the grill
