  1. pre heat oven to 325 degrees
  2. in a mixing bowl combine the ingredients for the graham cracker crust and pat into a 9" springform pan then set aside.
  3. in a medium mixing bowl whip the cream cheese , sugar, and vanilla beat the eggs in 1 at a time then beat the sour cream in, pour into the crust and bake for 40 minutes turn your oven off after the 40 minutes and crack door and leave cheesecake in for an additional 30 minutes allow to completely cool.
  4. once cooled mix the creamsicle layer by stirring the gelatin into the boiling water until it dissolves and then gently whisk in the whipped topping until mixture is completely combined then place a plate or receptacle under the cheesecake and pour mixture over the top of cheesecake immediately place in the freezer for 1 hour then remove and refridgerate until serving its best if it has been chilled overnight.
