  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Sift dry ingredients.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and beat to blend.
  5. Combine evaporated milk, vinegar, pineapple, and cherries.
  6. Stir mixture into butter mixture alternating with dry ingredients, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
  7. Turn into well buttered 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 55 - 65 min or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool 10 min before removing from pan.
