"I combined a few recipes and put this together from the cheeses and tasty sweet mini peppers I had available. It is easy to prepare and throw in the oven, then served warm or cold. It was a big success at my party."
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place rack in center of oven. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheeses, bacon and green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Cut off the tops of peppers and remove the veins and seeds. Using a teaspoon, fill each pepper with the cheese mixture. Place the peppers on a greased baking sheet and bake in oven for 12 to 15 minutes until peppers start to soften. Remove from oven and cool the peppers before arranging them on a platter to serve.
