Cod Noodle Soup


"I came up with this one weekend when I was in the mood for a fish soup, my wife and I both love this and found it to be a great comforting dish without all the fat and calories. Feel free to change it up; try adding carrots or parsnips. Maybe add some baby potatoes instead of pasta."

  1. in a 6 quart sauce pan Heat Oils until it is hot and then add in the Onion, Celery, Ginger and lastly, the diced Garlic. Sauté together until nice and fragrant about 5 minutes.
  2. Add in the water and bring to the boil. Add in the cod, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, old bay and white pepper, reduce heat to medium; Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Next, add in the dried fettuccine. Cover and simmer for 7 - 10 minutes.
  4. Garnish each dish with parsley and coriander.
