  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Lightly grease a 9" square baking dish or pan. Set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugar together.
  4. Add muffin mix and beat until smooth.
  5. Add egg and milk, beat until combined and smooth.
  6. Add cream cheese. Beat until combined and smooth.
  7. Fold oats, berries and nuts into batter.
  8. Spread batter evenly in the 9" square pan.
  9. Bake at 350F until center is set, approximately 45 minutes.
  10. Cool completely before serving.
  11. Cut into 12 bars.
