  1. Cook the dry rice, Fry the bacon until crispy and can be crispy and break into pieces, and preheat the oven the oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Heat the black beans and fry the rice in the bacon fat. Add 1 tsp of Taco Seasoning I to both the rice and the black beans.
  3. Spray the tortillas lightly with oil and bake at 250 for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve all ingredients à la carte.
