  1. Put pork roast in slow cooker. Mash cranberry sauce,sugar, cranberry juice, mustard and cloves and stir together. Pour over pork roast.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (160 degrees).
  3. Remove roast and skim fat. Pour juice into sauce pan. Combine cornstarch and water to make a paste. Stir into gravy. Cook and stir until thick. Season with salt. Serve with sliced pork.
