  1. 1. prepare whole wheat pasta according to box directions
  2. 2. over medium high heat, Saute chicken sausage in skillet with oil, once nearly done add in peppers and onions with a pinch of salt until chicken sausage is completely cooked.
  3. 3. Add in garlic and jalepenos, stir constantly
  4. 4. Add in canned diced tomatoes and desired amount of pasta
  5. stir until completely mixed, and enjoy hot!
