Heat griddle to brown bread - I do 350. Butter 1 side of each slice of bread. Make 6 stacks on a plate or counter surface - ham, red onion slices, cheddar cheese, turkey, sprinkle with bacon bits, provolone cheese, spread (see ingredients) and salami. Place butter side of bread on griddle add stack of meats and cheeses and top with other slice of buttered bread leaving butter side up. Cook until both sides of butter bread is grilled to your liking.
