  1. How To Prepare: Shave cauliflower head with sharp knife. Peices should be small enough to resemble rice.
  2. Place shavings in microwave safe bowl, cover and microwave 4 minutes with 2 tbsp water.
  3. When done, drain excess water
  4. Scramble eggs and set aside.
  5. Heat oil in pan. Stir fry cauliflower 2 minutes on med hi.
  6. add all remaining ingredients except eggs.
  7. Stir fry to desired brownness.
  8. Add eggs right before its done, continue stir frying for 1-2 minutes.
