  1. Add dates, walnuts, almonds and spices into your blender or food processor (whichever can blend smooth or has a dough setting).
  2. Blend until smooth (some chunks of nuts may remain)
  3. Serve with sliced apples, pears, carrots or celery -- or any fruits/vegetables of your choice!
