  1. In large sauce pot, heat butter or olive oil on medium-high heat
  2. Add peppers, celery, garlic and onion - sauté for 10 minutes
  3. Add drained can of diced tomatoes and tomato paste and stir
  4. Add seasoning and stir
  5. Add chicken chunks, stir and continue cooking for 5 minutes on medium heat
  6. Add chunks of sausage, stir and continue cooking for 3 minutes on medium heat
  7. Add shrimp and reduce heat to low and cover and let stand for 15 minutes
  8. In separate pot, make rice according to package directions.
  9. Once rice is ready, spoon meat and vegetable mixture over the rice in individual bowls! Enjoy!
