  1. 1) Peheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. 2) Sift plain flour,corn flour and icing sugar together into a mixing bowl. 3) Add in the butter using rubbing in method. 4) Add in the rest of the ingredients. 5) Knead the mixture into a dough. (Let the dough rest for 10 mins)
  2. 6) Roll the pineapple filling into small balls and set aside. 7) Roll out the dough and use a flower shaped cookie cutter and place the cut out shapes into a small paper cups. 8) Place the pineapple ball into the middle of the flower shaped dough and bake for 15-20mins
