  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Grease a 12 cup muffin pan and set aside
  3. In a medium size bowl combine flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, spices, salt and sugar together and blend well with a spoon. Set aside
  4. In a large bowl combine milk, eggs and oil, stir with a wire whisk until well mixed
  5. Add mashed banana, coconut and pineapple mixing together until smooth and creamy
  6. Mix the flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, spices and sugar with the wet ingredients and stir until dry ingredients are mixed in to make a lumpy batter
  7. Pour batter into greased muffin cups filling 3/4 full and bake in oven for 20 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from muffin pan to a dinner plate
