"I wanted a healthy snack for my kids. These are quick and easy. They can be stored in an air tight container but are best when fresh. My kids love them for breakfast or as a dessert."

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and lightly spray doughnut pans with cooking spay.
  2. Beat sugar and eggs with electric mixer. Add bananas, yogurt, oil and vanilla. Mix. Add salt, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, both flours. Mix till combined.
  3. Put in ziplock bag.
  4. Snip end and pipe into doughnut pans.
  5. Cook 10-12 minutes. Until bottom is slightly browned.
  6. Remove from pan and cool.
  7. Serve plain or top with Nutella.
