  1. Butter an 8 by 8in baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. Take a heat proof bowl and combine the condensed milk, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla. Then stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Put the bowl on a saucepan of simmering water and mix until smooth, but still thick.
  4. Pour into the prepared pan and refrigerated for at least 2 hours, or if you are in a rush, freeze for 1 hour.
  5. Enjoy!
